Kendrick Lamar astounds with fresh record ‘GNX’
Kendrick Lamar delighted fans with an unexpected release of a new album as an early holiday gift.

The Grammy champion's latest offering, "GNX," consists of 12 tracks and marks his first release since "Mr. " in 2022. "Morale & The Prominent Walkers" and his sixth album in total. It also arrives just months following his rap battle with Drake.
Lamar initially hinted at the album with cover art and a video snippet of "GNX," with multi-instrumentalist Jack Antonoff serving as a co-producer on all tracks except "Peekaboo. " Other notable producers involved are Sounwave and DJ Mustard, both contributing to the production of the popular diss track "Not Like Us," which stemmed from the Drake dispute.
Additionally, SZA, a former labelmate from Top Dawg Entertainment, makes appearances on several tracks, including "Gloria" and "Luther. " The latter features samples of vocals from Luther Vandross and Cheryl Lynn in the song "If This World Were Mine. "
